By being a user of the University of Aberdeen Asset Bank, you are agreeing to the following terms:

·         All assets held within the Asset bank are subject to copyright by the University of Aberdeen unless stated otherwise.

·         Assets should only be to promote the University of Aberdeen. If assets are to be used for any other purpose the correct permissions should be sought.

·      Assets should not be used in any way which could be deemed detrimental to the University of Aberdeen’s name or reputation.

·         Please ensure you have permission to use an asset and understand its terms of use before downloading it.

·         All assets used must be credited to the owner, if this information is provided. If you believe an asset has the wrong copyright information, please contact digital-comms@abdn.ac.uk.

·         All external enquiries for permission to use items within the Asset Bank should be referred to digital-comms@abdn.ac.uk.

·         Asset Bank users with uploading permissions must submit assets with as much information as possible.

·         Administrators have the right to suspend or remove user access to the Asset Bank if a user is considered to be misusing their access in any way.
